There will be no subscription charges and JoEER is freely accessible. We are offering open access to everyone. JoEER is aimed to share the knowledge among the interested readers and useful research outputs for National and International use.

It is available in the website archives. In order to save the cost of printing and publishing, JoEER is available in online mode only. So, no hardcopies were provided from press and printers but to maintain the website and design of the work a nominal article processing charge (APC) has to be paid.

However, we are offering free downloading for your perusal purpose as we keep all in our website.

We are providing e-certificate to the corresponding author/1st author after publication.
